Our very own Sarah has been recognised as a Finalist for Loan Administrator of the Year in not one, but two major industry awards for 2026: the AFG Broker Awards and the Australian Broking Awards.
It’s an outstanding achievement, made even more impressive by the fact that Sarah was completely new to the mortgage and finance industry just 18 months ago.
An Incredible 18 Months
Since joining Ezi Home Loans, Sarah has quickly become an invaluable part of our team and, in many ways, the glue that keeps everything moving behind the scenes.
Anyone who has been through the home loan process knows there can be a lot of moving parts. From lenders and supporting documentation through to conveyancers, brokers and settlement deadlines, staying organised and keeping everyone informed is essential.
That’s where Sarah shines.
Her exceptional attention to detail, organisation and ability to keep each application progressing helps make the finance process smoother for both our clients and our team.
Just as importantly, Sarah brings a friendly and approachable attitude to every interaction. Whether she’s communicating with a client, following up with a bank, working with a conveyancer or helping one of our brokers, she is always focused on keeping things moving in the right direction.
Helping Our Brokers Focus on Finding Solutions
A great loan administrator plays a major role in delivering a great client experience.
By managing the important details and coordinating the different stages of each application, Sarah allows our brokers to spend more time doing what they do best: understanding our clients’ needs and finding the right lending solutions for them.
Her contribution has quickly become an important part of how the Ezi Home Loans team operates and the level of service we provide to our clients.
To progress from being completely new to the industry to becoming a finalist in two nationally recognised broking awards in just 18 months is an achievement Sarah should be extremely proud of.
