Corey Brett
General Manager
A seasoned asset finance expert with over two decades of industry experience. Corey holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Certificate IV and Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking, solidifying his expertise. He has consistently excelled in all positions held, including that of Managing Director of sister-company Finance Ezi; underscored by them winning the Aggregator Fastest Growth award in 2023, a testament to his strategic prowess and commitment to success.
Outside the boardroom, Corey finds joy in staying active through fitness and indulging in his favourite pastime – golf. With a blend of professional acumen and personal passions, Corey exemplifies a well-rounded individual dedicated to both his career and personal fulfillment.
Joshua Morton
Mortgage Broker
Prior to becoming a Mortgage Broker in 2015, Josh worked within small business and the financial services industry for 15 years. His experience covers banking, finance, insurance, business development and managerial positions. Having previously completed a Diploma of Management, his focus moved back to finance, completing the Certificate IV and Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking.
Josh also spent many years as professional photographer – photographing weddings nationally and abroad, as well as 7+ seasons with the Brisbane Roar Football Club.
A keen eye for detail and ability to think outside the box – helping significantly in an ever-changing industry. As a Broker, Josh reached PLAN Australia GOLD status every year since 2018, regularly finishing as a PLAN Australia Top 10 Broker from all of Queensland. A much sought-after Broker with a very high success rate, who is friendly, personable and professional.
A Greater Springfield local since 2009; married with a son and daughter. In between home loans, he still occasionally picks up the camera, is a bit of a fitness fanatic and jiu-jitsu blue belt!
Leon Vilayrack
Credit Analyst
Leon has been a dedicated professional in the finance industry since 2012. Throughout this time, he has been employed in both the broker channel and the banks direct amassing a wealth of experience in residential, commercial, and SMSF lending; having previously achieved Plan Australia Gold status.
His expertise is backed by a Certificate IV and Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking, as well as a Bachelor of Business, which afforded him the opportunity to also work abroad, before returning to the Australian finance industry.
Leon is known for his drive and commitment to excellence, consistently delivering results that exceed expectations. His tenacity and positive attitude have earned him a reputation as a trusted and effective financial advisor and much-loved colleague.
Outside of work, Leon enjoys quality time with his wife and son. He is passionate about staying active and embracing life – whether he’s hitting the gym or socialising with friends, Leon is always seeking to improve himself and expand his horizons.
Sarah Morton
Operations Manager
Sarah has extensive experience in a variety of administrative and management roles throughout various small businesses. She is a dedicated professional and caring individual, which enables her to bring a unique approach to the day-to-day activities, prioritising the well-being of clients and supporting the other staff members.
She has completed a Certificate IV in Business Administration further enhancing her excellent customer service skills and is heavily target and process driven; qualities that ensure the business and application process run smoothly and efficiently for all involved.
Sarah is married to our very own broker extraordinaire Josh and they have two children together. She enjoys staying active and continuously seeking self-improvement – she is a fully qualified Dance Teacher, Reformer Pilates Mentor and Women’s Self-Defence Instructor, just to name a few!
