Joshua Morton

A much sought-after Mortgage Broker with a very high success rate, who is friendly, personable and professional. 

A keen eye for detail and ability to think outside the box – helping significantly in an ever-changing industry. As a Broker, Josh reached Excellence in Finance GOLD status every year from 2018-2023, regularly finishing as a PLAN Australia Top 10 Broker from all of Queensland. In 2024, he launched Ezi Homeloans, building it into an award-winning and highly-rated brokerage from the ground up.

Prior to becoming a Mortgage Broker in 2015, Josh worked within small business and the financial services industry for 15 years. His experience covers banking, finance, insurance, business development and managerial positions. Having previously completed a Diploma of Management, his focus moved back to finance, completing the Certificate IV and Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking.

Josh also spent many years as professional photographer – photographing weddings nationally and abroad, as well as 7+ seasons with the Brisbane Roar Football Club.

A Greater Springfield local since 2009; married with a son and daughter. In between home loans, he still occasionally picks up the camera, is a bit of a fitness fanatic and jiu-jitsu blue belt!
